Hi, my name is Dani and I am a 28-year-old English Tutor from Australia, currently living in Mexico! My life has become very multi-lingual over the last few years and I have loved this language-learning journey and enjoy speaking with and helping people learn English just as people here have helped me to learn Spanish! I have traveled to many different countries and love the cultural exchange and new possibilities that only come through learning a new language. I currently teach students here in Mexico and would love to expand my experience by teaching online. Apart from language learning, my biggest passions in life are diving, traveling, and sailing and my dream is to live on a sailboat one day and sail and dive around the world. I am currently enjoying learning martial arts, especially Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu and I also love photography and making videos.

I am a TEFL-certified English tutor and have been teaching one-on-one in-person adult students in Mexico for the last 2 years. My students have ranged from complete beginner (A1) students to advanced students (B2-C1). My main aims as a teacher are building confidence through speaking, pronunciation practice, and conversation, as well as teaching grammar concepts.

Being a native Australian English speaker I have spent a lot of time preparing students for trips/moving to my homeland because... Aussie English really is unique! It's full of slang, abbreviations, and expressions that can be tricky to understand. But no worries, I’ll teach you how to speak like a local, understand fast conversations, and navigate daily life with confidence and answer any questions you have about life in Australia!

My teaching style is fun, relaxed, and friendly! I am super easygoing and will build your confidence through speaking as much as possible while helping you find better ways to express yourself and improving your understanding of English grammar. We will adapt the lessons using the best methods of learning for you personally, because not all students learn in the exact same way.
