Hello and welcome to all students!
I am Francesca, Italian teacher with more than 7 years of experience and I would like to accompany you to discover all the wonders of my language and my culture. Whether you do it for study, work or just for personal gain, start this journey with me. My teaching method is individual: every student has different needs and desires, I present the material and the method individually, always with the idea of learning a foreign language. Trust me to learn and improve the Italian language without stress and fear, because during my lessons you can practice many conversations and grammar exercises, enriched with role-play, crossword puzzles and other learning materials. I am fluent in English and Spanish, which can be useful for students who have a basic understanding of the Italian language and therefore may be able to express themselves in their own language. I am an elderly person who has been studying Italian for two years... I write, read, and understand reasonably well, but getting the words that are hiding in the right hemisphere out of my mouth is more difficult. On Preply, I found Francesca, a native-speaking teacher who assessed me according to my actual abilities and adapted to my level. She found the right balance between grammar and concrete communicative situations, being direct, clear, and rigorous in her communication. She understood my passion and knows how to give me wise advice, helping me to know and appreciate this beautiful Italian language. She uses material from different sources and corrects my compositions with the patience of a monk, and we discuss them in the following lesson. Francesca is an excellent teacher. She teaches with great love and affection, in addition to having a lot of patience; she is always open to learning about new cultures, languages, and places, fully available to the student. Her methodology is very good, and in her lessons, I can learn beyond the grammar about this country that I love so much and that she knows very well: Italy. She makes me feel closer to the beautiful country, even while being far away. I highly recommend this teacher if you want to learn the Italian language and culture. I really love it.

I can't praise Francesca highly enough! I selected her on the basis of the very positive reviews posted by other students and she is even better than I expected. She approaches every lesson with patience, with enthusiasm and with a warm heart. The materials are excellent and chosen to suit the level of the student and she is always very well-prepared. Errors are corrected but in a way that builds confidence rather than undermining it. If there is ever a need to change the time of a lesson, Francesca lets me know and is very flexible about arranging an alternative time. You will not find a better Italian teacher!!

if you want to study Italian from scratch...or to improve your skills...either you want to gain grammar awareness or just speaking ...Francesca is your right choice! If you stumble on grammar - she will put it in a simple, easy way, explaining what you could'n understand before. If you want to break barrier in speaking - you can talk to her absolutely freely. Moreover, Francesa is very reliable tutor: once you book her lesson, you can be sure of time. She is also very friendly, smiling and easy to talk person. I'm huppy with such a tutor!

Francesca is a wonderful tutor. I have been working with her to refresh my Italian after a few years away from the language, and she has done an excellent job in spotting the areas I need to work on. She is incredibly kind, attentive and patient. She does a really good job gently correcting you as needed without losing the flow of a conversation, which helps you build your skills and your confidence at the same time. I highly recommend, no matter one's level of Italian. And she has a good sense of humor!

It has been a pleasure to learn with Francesca. She is kind, patient, and flexible. She cares about her students and is a great listener. I really like when she rephrases a definition in simpler Italian terms so that I can better comprehend a concept. Francesca wants to teach you what you want to learn. If there is a certain area that you are struggling with, tell her and she'll hone in on it with great exercises. Since learning together, I feel more comfortable with my conversational Italian. :D
