Before meeting Bekzhan, I was a carrier of the widespread stereotype about autism and extremely low soft skills and public speaking abilities among programmers, both practicing and teaching. However, Bekzhan explains complex things with simple, vivid images, plans lessons, and conveys information in a way that sparks interest and engagement. In essence, he also implements mnemonic programming, allowing us to digest new knowledge in optimal portions, from which habits and stable skills in the IT field are formed. He is well-mannered, intelligent, considerate, pleasant to communicate with, and responsible, which significantly compensates for all the negative associations caused by the complex subject matter.
