Hi, welcome to my profile! I'm from NY and have worked in journalism both as a TV news reporter and newspaper writer for over a decade. My degrees are in broadcast communications & broadcast journalism along with a Harvard certificate regarding Child Protection & Rights, a 5-course Entrepreneurship certificate from Wharton and most recently, I've completed a linguistics course. I also have my TEFL certificate in teaching English and have gone back to school remotely at New York University to pursue a degree in organizational leadership and management.

How can I help improve your English? I have specialized training in grammar/pronunciation/enunciation and recently completed voice-over recordings for a global AI tech company where they will use my voice biometrics to train their artificial intelligence models/machines on how to speak/understand English correctly. Because of this I have strong pronunciation/enunciation skills and would love to help you learn how to speak correctly to be easily understood by others around you!

Ellie is a phenomenal tutor. She is very enthusiastic about her students and their success. Ellie is exceptionally talented at helping students improve their pronunciation and enunciation — even if you're an advanced student, there's always something to learn. This teacher is the worst. Never take this class. She just lets her child cry and disrupt the class during class. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I spoke up, but nothing changed. She even changed class times on her own and said the reason was because the student requested it. She didn't even come to class. She doesn't understand her rudeness. She is truly the worst teacher.

It's been about a month and a half since I studied English with her. My English has not improved noticeably yet, but gained confidence. She is so perfect to explain the example, and she is so funny, kind, passionate. She's a good American friend and teacher to me.
