About me

Hello! My name is Jade. My husband and I live in the Pacific Northwest of America, and we love the beautiful outdoors here. I am currently finishing my Bachelor's Degree in the Liberal Arts, and excel in the Ancient Languages here.

I have 5 years of experience, and have taught over a thousand lessons (both online and offline). I am TEFL certified, and have mostly worked with ESL students on Preply. I have taught all skill levels, but I am most skilled in accent-coaching. On the side, I have been teaching Latin to elementary through highschool students since 2024.

I tailor my lessons to each student's needs. Mastery is the goal, but never the expectation. I expect my students to be diligent and focused, and I will enthusiastically help them reach their goals.

English is hard. And to make it harder, we have many accents.

A very nice person, responsive, interesting. Throughout the training, she comes up with interesting tasks, pays attention to my weaknesses and helps me improve them, and is constantly in touch. In general, it is a very cool tutor and person. Thank you very much for your help)
